Limited edition of 648 made. Thad Moffitt kicked off the 2022 season of the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series at DAYTONA behind the wheel of a special No. 43 STP Chevrolet Silverado. It was the first career truck start for Moffitt, who is driving multiple races for Reaume Brothers in partnership with GMS Racing. Moffitts STP Chevrolet was a tribute to his legendary grandfather Richard Petty with a paint scheme inspired by Pettys 1992 Fan Appreciation Tour, which was an integral part of his retirement season. Moffitts debut was only the fourth time in NASCAR national series history in which a fourth-generation NASCAR driver has competed. Moffitt finished the NextEra Energy 250 in the 18th spot.
