To commemorate Truexs on-track successes and contributions to the sport, Lionel Racing is excited to honor the 2017 NASCAR Cup Series champion with a legendary die-cast. For his fans and those who appreciate his legendary status, its time to introduce the Martin Truex Jr. ICON die-cast. Truex will put a bookend to a surefire NASCAR Hall of Fame career when he closes out the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series season with Joe Gibbs Racing. It will be the culmination of a full-time career that spanned 19 seasons and includes more than 30 NASCAR Cup Series victories, more than 20 pole position qualifying runs, and the illustrious championship in 2017. In addition, Truex is among the most decorated NASCAR Xfinity Series drivers in history with 13 wins and back-to-back series championships in 2004 and 2005. Before making a name for himself in the upper echelons of NASCAR racing, Truex was a five-time winner in the series now known as the ARCA Menards Series East after graduating from the go-kart and Modified ranks around his New Jersey home. Truexs loyal fan base can now celebrate the drivers ICON status within the motorsports world with the ICON die-cast from Lionel Racing.
