In the 2020 edition of the Southern 500 at Darlington Raceway this September, Matt DiBenedetto will wheel the famed Wood Brothers No. 21 Ford that will pay tribute to two NASCAR Legends forever linked in history. When the Wood Brothers driver Marvin Panch was injured in a sports car crash prior to the 1963 DAYTONA 500, fellow driver Tiny Lund pulled Panch from the wreckage. While Panch recovered, Lund was selected by the Wood Brothers to be the pilot of the No. 21 car at DAYTONA and went on to win the race. Lund made several more starts during the 1963 season for the team before Panch returned tothe seat. Now fans of NASCAR racings past and present can add the official die-cast of DiBenedettos No. 21 Motorcraft / Quick Lane Darlington Ford Mustang to their personal collections.
