HENDRICK MOTORSPORTS 269 WINS RECORD CAMARO 1/24 ELITE SERIES DIECAST
Limited edition of 183 made. On April 29, 1984, Geoff Bodine brought All-Star Racing, owned by Charlotte car dealer Rick Hendrick, its first trip to NASCAR Victory Lane at Martinsville Speedway. Over the course of the next 30-plus years, that team, rebranded Hendrick Motorsports, went on to become one of the most formidable organizations in the sports history. Drivers such as Terry Labonte, Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson, and Chase Elliott, brought championships to the team and 20 drivers have taken checkered flags behind the wheel of Hendrick Motorsports machines in the NASCAR Cup SeriesTM. Kyle Larson, already one of the NASCAR superstars that had won for the Hendrick organization, brought the team its 269th career victory on May 30, 2021, in the prestigious Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Larsons victory broke the all-time NASCAR team win record and further cemented Rick Hendricks place as the most successful team owner in NASCAR history. Lionel Racing, the Official Die-cast of NASCAR, is proud to offer a special commemorative die-cast that celebrates Hendrick Motorsports and its record-setting 269 NASCAR Cup SeriesTM victories. This fantasy die-cast features a black-and-white scheme that sports the teams Wins Record logo on the hood and the names of each winning Hendrick Motorsports driver and the number of victories he scored with the team emblazoned on the roof. Each of the legendary car numbers that went to Victory Lane on the way to 269 are featured on the TV panel.
This is a Lionel Elite Series diecast collectible car.
