2020 NASCAR Cup Series Champion Chase Elliott broke into Victory Lane for the first time in 2022 with a strong performance down the stretch of the DuraMAX Drydene 400 at Dover Motor Speedway. Elliott was up front when it mattered most, as he drove the No. 9 NAPA Chevrolet Camaro to the lead with 53 laps remaining and never looked back. It was Elliotts 14th career NASCAR Cup Series victory and second at the one-mile Dover track.
