BUDDY BAKER 1969 DODGE CHARGER 500 (ROYAL DODGE) 1/24 UNIVERSITY OF RACING
They just dont make drivers like Buddy Baker anymore. Baker, who passed away last August, was a second generation racer and a bona fide legend. He was also a man of firsts. Baker was the first driver to go 200 mph during NASCAR competition; and the first to win the four major races - Daytona, Talladega, Darlington and Charlotte. And in the 1969 Daytona 500, Bakers lead foot and his Ray Fox-owned No. 3 Dodge Charger powered him to the pole position, where he led the field in The Great American Race. Now, for the first time, Lionel Racing is excited to offer the neverbefore-made die-cast of Bakers Daytona pole-winning car. Produced by University of Racing, each of these cars is as authentic as they come from the burnt exhaust pipes to the detailed engine and full interior instrument detail.
Made by University of Racing, this highly detailed diecast has many premium features, including: 1:24 Scale; Limited Edition; Die-cast Body & Chassis; Specific Engine Detail; Opening Hood & Trunk; Detailed Interior & Suspension; Approximately 8.5" Long
