Johnson, who will be retiring from full-time NASCAR Cup Series compeititon at the end of the 2020 season, has been more than just a teammate to Elliott. He has also been a role model for the Georgia driver. In honor of all of Johnsons accomplishments, Elliotts Darlington livery will turn back the clock by re-creating the iconic look from Johnsons 2009 championship season.
